Contact
Email [email protected]. We read every message and answer corrections first.
To report an error
Tell us the page, what you think is wrong and, if you can, a link to the law, standard or official notice that shows it.
If you work for an agency or a supplier
Send us current official documents. We describe every organisation on the same terms and do not publish promotional material.
What we cannot help with
We cannot help with a specific visa application, a refused entry or a booking. Contact the border agency, the embassy or your airline.
